Hobart & Surrounds Photography Tour

This personalised half day photography workshop is ideal for beginners, and for first time visitors to Hobart of all skill levels who want to capture a couple of great sites - waterfalls on Mt Wellington and sunsets over the city skyline.

This workshop is self-drive and all the details on where to meet and exact timing will be provided upon booking. The workshop starts 3 hours prior to sunset and finishes around 30 minutes after sunset.

We will meet near the waterfalls and spend 90 minutes shooting the cascading water and forest details in the vicinity. After the waterfall shoot we will drive across to Bellerive (approx 20 minutes) for a seascape sunset shoot of the Hobart city skyline as the city lights sparkle into life.

A tripod is recommended to capture long exposures in low light. Wide angle lenses are good but you can participate with any lens you own. Other optional extras include a macro lens if you are interested in macro, and a polariser which can be great on waterfalls.
